Mpho is an accomplished business leader with diverse experiences spanning a period of more than 25 years in executive and C-Suite roles in the public and private sectors. He is currently Independent Non-Executive Chairman of JSE-listed ArcelorMittal South Africa Limited and also serves an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of JSE listed companies such as Adcock Ingram Holdings Ltd (AIHLF.PK), Nedbank Group Ltd (NDBKF.PK), Nedbank Ltd and Sephaku Holdings Limited (SEPJ.J).
Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Toronto, Canada. In addition, he has completed the Executive Development Program at Queen's University,
School of Business, Canada.
Brian joined Dofasco in 1979 as a member of the company's Research and Development Department. In 1989, he was assigned to the American Iron & Steel Institute (AISI) in Washington, D.C. and in 1991 he was part of a Canadian consortium conducting a study for the World Bank on restructuring the Polish steel industry.
In 1992, Brian returned to Dofasco where he held various positions in Supply Chain, Quality, Technology and Commercial until 2003 when he was named Vice President – Commercial. Brian took up additional responsibilities as Vice President, NAFTA automotive after integration into ArcelorMittal in 2007. He moved to Europe as CMO and head of Global Automotive in 2009 followed by other assignments in NAFTA region in 2012.
Currently, based in Luxembourg, Brian has responsibility for Global Automotive, R&D, Strategy Commercial Coordination and Automotive Joint Ventures in India and China, Corporate communication

Ms Gosa was a member of the National Planning Commission that crafted the National Development Plan and Vision 2030. She holds an MBA from the University of New Brunswick, Canada, a BA Hons (Commns)from the University of Fort Hare and several other post-graduation qualifications in business administration. Before her entrepreneurial interests which started in 2004, Ms Gosa was a sell side Investment Analyst with Investec Bank. Prior to investment banking, she was one of the founding regulators of the then SA Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (now ICASA).
Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr Kothari is a General Manager within the ArcelorMittal Group and is the current Chief Financial Officer for the ACIS region. He has over 19 years of working experience in various industries and has held key executive finance roles.

Appointed Non-Executive Director on 1 October 2013. Has served on the boards of various professional organisations including the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He has served on a number of JSE listed boards such MTN, Altron and Eskom.

Appointed Non-Executive Director on 1 October 2013. She has served as Group Audit and Risk Head at Imperial Holdings Limited and currently serves on the following JSE listed boards: Winhold, Nedbank and JSE. Nomavuso will serve as a member on the following committees of ArcelorMittal South Africa’s board: audit and risk committee and safety, health and environment committee.
Mr Nicolau holds a BTech in Mining Engineering from the University of Johannesburg and an MBA from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business. He has a long history at Anglo American at which he was the COO and executive director of Anglo Gold Ashanti, he was also the CEO at Anglo American Platinum. He has over 35 years working experience in the mining sector which includes holding various technical, management and executive positions.
Ms Cele holds a BCom degree from the University of Fort Hare and various post-graduate tax qualifications from the University of Natal, including a Master of Accountancy (M.Acc.) degree. She is the founder and was the Chief Executive of Tax Solutions CC prior to its merger with Garach and Garach Accountants in 2011. Ms Cele currently holds various board memberships, including Hulamin Limited. She brings a wealth of commercial and tax expertise to the Board.

Ms Musonda is a dual qualified English Solicitor & Zambian Advivocate.
She has held senior positions in private practice with Clifford Chance & Edward Nathan
as well as worked as in house corporate counsel at International Corporation and for the Dangote Group. Her experience working with Aliko Dangote, one of the Africa's most successful entrepreneurs gave her the impetus to start Java Foods Limited. Ms Musonda currently serves as non-executive director on the Boards of Airtel Networks Zambia Plc (chair), Zambia Sugar Plc, Dangote Industries Limited, and sits on the Global Advisory Board for scaling up Nutrition Business Network. She was appointed by the UN Secretary General to be a member of the Lead Group of the scaling up Nutrition Movement. She is in the recipient of the 2017 African Agribusiness Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Gert is a Divisional Executive of the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa Limited (IDC). He served as Chief Financial Officer of IDC until August 2015. Gert has a B.Com (Law) and B.Com (Hons) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA). He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and completed an Advanced Management Programme (Insead). After completing his auditing articles he joined the IDC in 1983. Gert was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the IDC in 1999. Between 2003 and 2005 he served as Chief Operating Officer of the IDC. He is an alternate director of the IDC and serves as director of various IDC subsidiary companies.

Kobus has more than 20 years’ experience in the steel industry. He started his career at Iscor
South Africa. He was chief financial officer and executive director of ArcelorMittal South Africa
from February 2006 to August 2010.
He played a broader strategic role within the company
during that period. Prior to his appointment as chief financial officer, he was General Manager
corporate treasury at Mittal Steel in Rotterdam and held various senior roles in financial
management and treasury in Iscor. Then Kobus served on the board of Aveng Limited as chief
executive officer from 11 February 2014 until 26 September 2017.

Gerhard started his career at ArcelorMittal South Africa in 1995 within the finance environment at Newcastle Works. He has held various senior financial management roles in Newcastle and Vanderbijlpark.In 2010, Gerhard was promoted to the position of Group Manager Company Controlling, reporting to the CFO while overseeing the finance departments of all the operating units.
During his career, Gerhard further held a senior position in Procurement, and was seconded to ArcelorMittal’s Luxembourgh head office for a financial assignment.Gerhard currently serves as director of Consolidated Wire Industries, Ensimbini Terminals and Collect-a-Can.During the last three years he has acted as interim CFO of ArcelorMittal South Africa on two separate occasions.
Henri-Pierre joined Sollac Méditerranée in Fos in October 1981 as an Engineer. In 1995, he became responsible for the Metallurgy Department. In May 2000, he moved to Dunkerque, where he was Manager of the steel plant. In October 2005, he was appointed Technical Director. In 2008, he became Head of Dunkerque plant, and then later became Chief Executive Officer of Atlantique. In 2012, he became Chief Executive Officer of ArcelorMittal Atlantique and Lorraine. Since October 2014 Henri-Pierre was appointed VP Strategic Projects ArcelorMittal Europe, Flat Products. Henri-Pierre is a graduate of École Centrale Paris, France.

Joined the Group in 2004 as Manager, Treasury and Risk Management of ArcelorMittal South Africa. Previously Willem held the position of Treasurer - Australian Operations for BHP Billiton in Australia. He was also Chief Financial Market Analyst at ABSA Bank in South Africa. In 2008 he moved to Paris to take up the role as Head of Middle Office of ArcelorMittal Group Treasury.

Sedick joined ArcelorMittal, Saldanha Works on 1 December 2007. He gained experience in numerous positions since 2007 in engineering, human resources and operations including the positions of Manager Human Resources and Plant Manager Rolling at Saldanha Works.
Werner joined the company in 1987 as a Bursary holder and then Engineer in training at Vanderbijlpark Works. He has held various engineer and senior engineer positions within Vanderbijlpark Works. Since 2000 Werner held several managerial positions in the Hot Rolling area. On 1 January 2011 he was appointed as Works Manager Hot Rolling.

Appointed as General Manager, Saldanha Works from 15 August 2013. He joined ArcelorMittal South Africa in 1984. He has previously occupied a number of key management positions including Plant Manager, Iron Making at Saldanha Works and was intimately involved in the implementation of Saldanha’s WCM project.

Appointed as General Manager, ArcelorMittal Coke & Chemicals, from 1 June 2011. Previously Manager, Sales and Distribution at ArcelorMittal Coke & Chemicals. Joined ArcelorMittal South Africa in 2004 as Manager, By-Products. His career spans a number of functions from quality assurance to sales and marketing in different industries.

Hennie joined ArcelorMittal South Africa in 1992 in the Automation department. He has held various management position and was part of the Saldanha Steel greenfield project team. Hennie is now appointed as Group Manager, Information Management.

During his career he held several positions at Vereeniging Works, Tubular products and Vanderbijlpark Works including Maintenance Manager Vaal Meltshop, Plant Manager Vaal Rolling Mills, General Manager Tubular Products and Works Manager Hot Rolling. He was appointed as Group Manager Tubular Products on 1 September 2014.

Joined ArcelorMittal South Africa, formally known as Iscor in 1996 to oversee environmental management at Saldanha Steel during the start-up and early phase of the plant. Appointed in 2006 as Manager, Environment, within the corporate Safety, Health and Environment department was appointed as Group Manager, Environment in 2008.

Dieter Sauer is an industrial Psychologist with more than 33 years working experience, including expertise in health, hygiene, wellness, safety, risk management, environmental management and HR. He spent the last 16 years in various general management positions at ArcelorMittal South Africa.
His previous positions include SHERQ Manager Vanderbijlpark works, HR Manager Vanderbijlpark Works and Gauteng HR Manager. Technical Supreintendent, Planner electrical and mechanical at Rolling Vanderbijlpark Works.
B Eng Chem (Extractive Metallurgy) – University of Stellenbosch , Master Degree in Business Administration - University of Stellenbosch.
William started his career at ArcelorMittal South Africa in 1990 at the Newcastle Coke Plant. He held several management positions at Coke Making and Steel Making before moving to Saldanha Works in 2005 as Steel Plant Manager.
After working as Steel Plant Manager for a few years, he was promoted to Works Manager in 2008.
In January 2011, William left AMSA and joined the Namibian Operation of Dundee Precious Metals as General Manager, Operations for their Tsumeb copper smelter.He re-joined AMSA in March 2017 as Principal Specialist before being promoted to Works Manager in July 2017.
